  • 2 cups Greek yogurt low-fat, plain
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves loosely packed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup scallions chopped, divided


  • Put the yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, and seasonings in a food processor with half of the scallions.
  • Puree until smooth and creamy. Stir in the remaining scallions for added texture and chill until ready to serve.
