Turkey burgers are just as juicy and delicious as regular beef burgers, but they contain much less saturated fat than a traditional burger.

You can toss a little of our homemade barbecue sauce and some pineapples to create a tropical burger, or mix up a batch of our healthy chili with a sprinkle of raw onion and cheese for a chili cheese turkey burger.

These curry turkey burgers are especially delicious and healthy. Curry spice means you get a dose of turmeric, one of the healthiest spices available!

  1. We don't as a rule care for turkey burger's but we really did like these. I think next time though I might cut back on the cilamtro a bit and make them a little spicer.

  2. I make a similar turkey burger, but instead of chutney, I make a delicious sauce using plain greek yogurt as the base and adding curry powder and minced garlic – it's delicious! The longer you let the sauce sit, the more flavorful it gets!

    1. WiseLiama2, YUM….that sounds delish! What else goes in the recipe? Or, is it just greek yogurt, curry powder and garlic?

  3. I add 1/2 cup finely minced carrot and 1/2 cup finely minced zucchini to each 20 oz. package of lean ground turkey, then season. This adds healthy veggies and stretches the meat for additional servings. If anything, the flavor and texture of the turkey burgers is better this way because they are very moist. It takes about 10 seconds of pulsing the veggies in my mini food processor. Highly recommend!
