Fabulous ribs that are simply finger lickin' good
Nothing says summer grilling quite like the smell of of a nice and juicy slab of ribs dripping in our favorite barbecue sauce. These Easy Baby Back Ribs taste just as fabulous as the ribs you’ve always loved, but they are incredibly easy to make.
Why spend time slaving away in the kitchen, when you can simply combine a few simple ingredients and hang out with friends and family. After all, isn’t that what grill-time is all about? Don’t let the lack of ingredients fool you, though.
This easy recipe is seasoned to perfection and can be supplemented with your favorite sauce. Easy Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
- 5 1/2 pounds baby back pork ribs 3 slabs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 18 ounces barbecue sauce for equivalent, double Skinny Ms. Barbecue Sauce recipe.
Instructions
- Preheat over to 300 degrees. Remove thin membrane from the back of ribs by slicing into ribs with a knife and pulling the membrane off with paper towels. Combine salt, garlic powder, and pepper; rub all over the meaty side of ribs. Cut racks in half, if desired. Arrange ribs in a large roasting pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 3 hours or until very tender. Uncover and cool 15 minutes. Drain. Preheat grill to medium-high. Place ribs, meaty side up, on covered grill lid, 10 minutes. Baste and grill 5 to 10 minutes longer or until sauce clings to ribs.
