YouTube is the perfect place to show you workouts that get your abs in shape.

We reviewed and tried numerous ab routines via youtube and have found four of the best for tightening, toning and defining abdominals. For optimal results, ab routines should be done 2-3 times weekly with rest days in between each workout. Consider doing an ab workout on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week.
