Immune Boosting Juice

Yields 2 Cups | Serving Size:1 Cup | Calories: 50| Total Fat: 1 g | Saturated Fat: 0 g | Trans Fat: 0 g | Cholesterol: 0 mg | Sodium: 41 mg | Carbohydrates: 10 g | Dietary Fiber: 2 g | Sugars: 6 g | Protein: 3 g | SmartPoints (Freestyle): 2 |

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chilled tomato juice, low sodium
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or juicer and blend until smooth.

    Yummy! Love this one because its a tomato based and sometimes the fruit smoothies are too sweet

    It's very good, but now way is it red like this picture! It's kind of an unappetizing green/brown color, depending on how much cinnamon or tumeric you put in it.
