  • 2 cups tomato juice low sodium chilled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup parsley fresh
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or juicer and blend until smooth.

  2. It's very good, but now way is it red like this picture! It's kind of an unappetizing green/brown color, depending on how much cinnamon or tumeric you put in it.
