Immune-Boosting Kick-Start Juice
- 2 cups tomato juice low sodium chilled
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup parsley fresh
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or juicer and blend until smooth.
