On the Road Fat Blaster Workout – Burn Fat up to 24 Hours

You can burn fat without weights!

On the road without any dumbbells for a fat burning workout? We’ve got a fat blaster workout that requires no dumbbells and can be done from virtually anywhere. For more on the road workouts check out our fitness page.

Equipment Needed: interval timer

What to Do:  Perform each exercise for 20 seconds and rest 10 seconds after. Perform 2 circuits of the following routine, rest 1 minute and do it all over again. Be sure to check out the videos for correct form and give it 100%. This entire routine is under 10 minutes.

3. Side Burpees
4. Jog in Place with High Knees
