Equipment Needed: interval timer
What to Do: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds and rest 10 seconds after. Perform 2 circuits of the following routine, rest 1 minute and do it all over again. Be sure to check out the videos for correct form and give it 100%. This entire routine is under 10 minutes.
