Equipment Needed: You will need water and a set of resistance bands. We highly recommend resistance bands for anytime a traditional workout with dumbbells isn’t available. The third video is a 10 minute workout and requires an interval timer. We recommend and use the GymBoss Interval Timer.
What to Do: Below are a three of our favorite travel workouts via youtube. With these videos it’s recommended that you perform 3 – 4 circuits; 12 reps of each exercise. Rest 10 seconds between each exercise and 1 minute after each circuit. Choose a total of 6 exercises each day and give it 100%.
