  • 1 cup 100% pineapple juice
  • 2 cups tonic water (or sparkling water)
  • 3 fresh mint leaves, torn
  • Ice


  1. In a drinking glass, mix the pineapple juice, tonic water, and mint.
  2. Add some ice.
