Equipment Needed: yoga mat or soft surface
What to Do: Review the exercises and videos blow. Complete this circuit 3 times.
Exercises:
1. Bird Dog – 10 each side (hold for 2 seconds then switch)rest – 15 seconds
2. Mason Twist – 20 reps each side Rest – 15 seconds
3. Reverse Crunches – 10 reps Rest – 15 seconds
4. Scissors – 20 reps each side Rest – 15 seconds
