Power-Up Park Workout

It’s summertime! Forget the gym and head outside to soak up the sun and fresh air. Bring Fido, and even the kids if you’d like! Everyone is allowed to play at the gym when the gym is the great outdoors. And when you do things the SkinnyMs. way, we don’t give you a long list of equipment to cart around and special moves to learn. We’re giving you a simple, easy-to-follow park workout so you can tone your body and clear your head at the same time. That’s right, we are here for YOU.

When we think outdoor workouts, we think trees and park benches -and that’s exactly all the “equipment” you need! Download the free Gymboss app if you’d like to use an interval timer -which can help you be more accurate with your efforts. Choose Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced levels from the options below and get to it. Challenge yourself. If you start at Beginner or Intermediate, keep on working the SkinnyMs. Power-up Park Workout until you’ve moved up a level. You’ll look great and, more importantly, feel great too. What are you waiting for? You got this!

Equipment Needed: park bench, tree, interval timer (Gymboss is a free app)

Travelling overseas in September. Will take this little gem with me. Even though I walk a lot while on holiday I can add these in to my walking routine.
