- 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breast
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups no-sugar added chunky salsa
- 8 whole wheat tortillas
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, except tortillas. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shred it with a fork and spoon into tortilla. Serve with your favorite toppings or on it's own!
- Tip: This chicken is great in a taco salad!
