Nothing screams fall quite like apples and cinnamon.
Nothing screams fall quite like apples and cinnamon. This Slow Cooker Cinnamon Apples recipe takes these classic fall flavors and combines them into a tart, delicious, and highly versatile dish. Serve them over ice cream, in oatmeal, sprinkled with granola, or even baked in a pastry. Either way, they’re a perfect seasonal treat. Of course, it’s a SkinnyMs. recipe, so we’ve substituted sugar with coconut sugar and omitted butter. For added flavor, cinnamon and nutmeg lend some spice and lemon juice gives them just the right pop.
The best part about these slow cooker cinnamon apples is that they’re embarrassingly easy to make. Just throw everything in your slow cooker and, toss to combine, and in a few short hours, your house will smell as amazing as these apples taste.
