  • 8 apples cored, peeled, and sliced or cubed into 1/2-inch thick pieces (suggested: Honeycrisp, or Pink Lady)
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or high for 2 to 2.5 hours, then serve!
