Mustard and dill allow salmon to shine!
This healthy wrap is a unique twist on the usual lunchtime wrap, making it perfect for lunching on the go, or serving to friends and family. Smoked salmon gives this dish a sophisticated flavor, which is complemented perfectly by mustard and dill. Arugula adds peppery charm and crunch. Make this wrap and take it to work, or serve a batch on a platter to a crowd. It’s easy, wholesome, and just a bit different!
Smoked Salmon and Arugula Rolls
Ingredients
- 4 whole-wheat wraps or tortillas
- 2 cups arugula
- 7 ounces smoked salmon
- 8 tablespoons mustard or dill sauce (Dill Sauce recipe)
- 16 chives or toothpicks (for tying or securing the rolls)
Instructions
- Lay the bread flat on a plate. Distribute the arugula. Lay the salmon on top. Spread the mustard and dill sauce. Roll then tie each roll with 3 - 4 chives (or you can also secure with toothpicks) then slice them each to make 4 pieces per roll with the chive in the middle.
