Top 5 Yoga Poses for Stress Relief

What you need: Yoga mat / Bolster or tightly-rolled blanket / interval timer

What to do: If you’re a beginner, start with holding each pose for 60 seconds. As you progress, you can hold each pose for up to 5 minutes. It’s extremely important to focus on your breathing, in order to get the most out of the practice. Take nice deep breaths through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. This will allow you to deepen the stretch and more importantly, allow you to relax.
