    1. Pat, Combine 2 teaspoons coconut oil with 8 drops essential oil. Apply to the scalp and hair. Either wrap your hair in a warm towel or use a shower cap. Allow to set for 20-25 minutes, then shampoo and condition as usual.

      OR, Add 4 drops of the oil to shampoo. Add the shower cap and relax for 30 minutes. Rinse out and condition as usual. This can be done a few times per week.
