  • 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Kosher or sea salt to taste


  1. Whisk together the first 3 ingredients and gradually whisk in oil. Add pepper and salt and continue to whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
