What can I say, “This guys’s abs are AWESOME! (see video below for awesome abs video).” I started doing this workout a few weeks ago and have already seen a noticeable difference. I’m loving the results. It’s a good idea to switch up workouts every 4 to 6 weeks in order to continue to see results.
