Awesome Abs Challenge

What can I say, “This guys’s abs are AWESOME! (see video below for awesome abs video).” I started doing this workout a few weeks ago and have already seen a noticeable difference. I’m loving the results. It’s a good idea to switch up workouts every 4 to 6 weeks in order to continue to see results. Your challenge?  Do this abdominal workout three times weekly for the next 30 days. Watch the video below for correct form.

Perform each exercise for one minute, rest 15 seconds after each exercise. We use the Gymboss to time our workouts.
