Equipment Needed: Yoga mat; interval timer
What to Do: Perform each exercise below for one minute and rest 15 seconds after each. Complete this routine three times weekly for the next 30 days. Watch the video below for correct form.
1. Leg Lifts
2. Flutter Kicks
3. Scissor Kicks
4. Iron Cross
6. Reverse Crunch
7. Push-ups- Try the variation on your knees if you’re unable to do the standard version.
