Fabulous Abs in 30 Days Challenge

Yes, it’s true…you can have fabulous abs. Here’s how:

Below are 5 tips to help you get those Fab Abs in 30 Days:
1) Drink 2.5 liters of water each day
2) Give up all sodas, fast food and junk food.
3) Eat Clean by eating whole foods and fewer processed foods
4) Toss the refined sugar. Better yet, skip all added sugar and sweeteners for the next 30 days
5) Eat smaller portions, about the size of your palm
Check out our 7 Day Ab Challenge for more routines. This particular challenge is designed only for 7 days. This program is not easy but it is an excellent starting point to getting Fab Abs.
You will need for this challenge: water for hydration, yoga mat and either a workout partner or interval timer. We use the GymBoss when creating and performing interval-circuit type workouts.
Below is a workout that is designed to hit every angle of your abs. Perform the routine below 3 times weekly over the next 30 days. For example, perform the workout on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Perform 4 circuits of the following routine; rest 10 seconds between exercises. Review the videos below for correct form:
Leg Lifts – 20 seconds
Rest – 10 seconds
Scissor Kicks – 20 seconds
Rest – 10 seconds
Plank – 20 seconds
Rest – 10 seconds
Flutter Kicks – 20 seconds
Rest – 10 seconds
Reverse Crunch - 20 seconds
Rest – 10 seconds
Mason Twist – 20 seconds
Rest – 10 seconds
