Hi, I am 53 and I work in the construction industry as a flagger anywhere from 10-12 hours a day. Sometimes 6 days a week. My job is relatively physical (standing and walking) and I used to go to pole dance class 3-4 times a week. I am going through menopause and my body is changing in ways I do not like. I am not a junk food eater and really do eat very healthy anyway (except for beer & wine). My question is do you have any advice/food options for individuals going through menopause to help with weight gain/tummy bulge?
