15 Juice Combinations to Cleanse and Detox
For all the combinations below, you’ll want to follow the same process. Mix together the following fruits or vegetables in equal parts. So, for example, one cup of apple juice and one cup of pear juice. Then, blend the juice with ice in a 2:1 ratio. So, for this example, you’d want to add one cup juice for those two cups fruit juice. For the herbs, you won’t need equal parts: Just a touch will do!
