- 1 medium carrot, chopped
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 green apple (seeded, cored and chopped)
- 3 kale leaves
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1/4 teaspoon of ginger
- Add all the ingredients to a juicer and juice. For blending, add ingredients to a blender along with 2 cups chilled water and pulse until smooth.
