    1. Louise, These drinks are all healthy and can be consumed daily. They’re a great way to stay hydrated. 🙂

    1. Michelle, I highly recommend freshly squeezed lemon juice rather than the bottled version. Most nutrients are destroyed when the processing takes place. However, you can use the bottled version if you choose, I just don’t recommend it. 🙂

    1. Shameka, Provided you are eating healthy and doing workouts. You can find tons of effective meal plans and fitness programs that are great companions of the flat belly drinks. 🙂

  1. I have a huuuge piece of ginger & decided to check for a healthy ginger lemon drink. Do I drink/chew the grated ginger? Thank you.

  2. In the Philippines, we have two (2) types of ginger. The white and yellow one. Which is the most highly recommended.

    1. Remember there is no quick fix. Losing weight and getting a flat belly requires planning and commitment. If you’re asking solely about fruit, I would suggest eating mostly berries and half an avocado, daily. However, I eat one mini banana every morning in my oatmeal or grain-free cereal (which I make with raw nuts and goji berries). I would suggest eating loads of fresh veggies, especially green leafy ones, and berries more than fruit. Portion control and a clean eating plan is Key! 🙂 So, berries are great and 1-2 small pieces of fruit daily are fine.

    1. Yes – keep in mind the longer the lemon and ginger soak the more flavor! Sometimes lemon and ginger can pack quite the punch! If you enjoy these flavors it shouldn’t be a problem.

    1. Menna, These are all healthy drinks. Drinking the water based drinks several times per day is fine. Be sure to eat a diet rich in nutrients, in addition to drinking water(s). Replacing fruit juice, sodas, and other sugary drinks with these drinks is a great idea.

  4. I completed a 3-day cleanse last week. I was very pleased with the results and how I felt overall. I wanted to do another round but it was just too expensive. I am hoping that I get the same results from your juices. I love ALL the ingredients so it won’t be hard to adjust at all!!! I’m on my way to the store right now so that I can get started THIS morning. Is there a link where I can share my journey with you and your readers?
