  1. Should i blend the cucumber or should just cut and drop in the warm water. And how long should it take before I start drinking it ?

    1. Hi Ella, you can sliced the cucumber and place it in the warm water. You can cool the water to your desired temperature. Personally, I prefer to cool mine to room temperature and pour over ice.

  2. Please the cucumber-ginger drink should it be taken only in the morning or I can use it as my drinking water everyday.

  3. Hi these look delicious, silly question though;I’m currently 130lb and I’m trying to get to 138lb. So therefore; I’m attempting to gain weight but only loose in my waiste and stomach. Will these drinks make me loose weight all over or do they just target the waist and stomach?

    1. Nikki, If your goal is to gain weight but reduce only your waist and belly, it’s important to realize that when weight comes off, or on, it’s over your entire body. I recommend doing some of our ab routines in order to tone and tighten the entire abdominal area. Here’s one of my all time favorites: https://skinnyms.com/fabulous-abs-in-30-days-challenge/
