When you think of Boot Camp you think non-stop, high intensity, sweaty and heart-racing. This workout provides all of those options but with a little extra. This boot camp is fun, challenging, rewarding, and, most importantly, only 5 minutes!
This 5-minute total body boot camp is made to give your muscles burnout. All a burnout means is that you’ve worked until exhaustion. In 5 minutes, we guarantee to put your tank on “E.” We start off with two basic moves to warm up, and the following exercises are compound movements. Compound movements allow you to target multiple muscle groups with one exercise. You’ll be a sexy and stronger after this workout.
Equipment: Interval Timer (Gymboss is a free app download), medium weights(think 10-15lbs), light weights (think 5-8lbs), water to keep you hydrated
What to Do: Review the exercises and videos below. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Complete 2 circuits (could say rounds). Perform this workout 2 times per week for an amazing full-body workout.
