6-Minute Butt-Shaping Workout

Need a lift? Our quick butt workout tones, firms, and shapes in only six minutes! The only requirements are a set of dumbbells and strong determination. This killer combination of squats, kicks, and kickbacks will have your glutes burning in all the right places. Since this workout takes only six minutes, fitting these moves into your schedule is effortless. You can perform them anytime, anywhere. The butt of your dreams is within reach. No excuses!

Equipment Needed: set of medium-heavy dumbbells (10-20 lbs), interval timer (Gymboss is a free app download)

What to Do: Perform each exercise for 1 minute without rest. If doing multiple circuits, rest for 1 minute after each circuit.

Beginner Level: 1 circuit
Intermediate Level: 2 circuits
Advanced Level: 3 circuits


1. Dumbbell Squats –
2. Donkey Kick – Left leg
3. Donkey Kick – Right leg
4. Sumo Squat with Dumbbell
5. Plank Glute Kickback – Left leg
6. Plank Glute Kickback – Right leg

    Should these exercises be done every day?

      These exercises can be performed every day, but if you are a beginner, we recommend completing the workout every other day.
