A workout that targets the upper and lower body.

This convenient body weight workout will having you burning calories and fat in record time. These fat blasting exercises will challenge your entire body, providing you with a full range of moves that target the upper and lower body.

Equipment Needed: Yoga mat or soft surface; interval timer

What to Do: Watch the videos below to become more familiarized with each exercise. Perform each exercise for 40 seconds and rest 20-seconds after each one. Complete one circuit for a 7-Minute Body Weight Blast workout.
