7 Upper Body Workouts You Should be Doing

A majority of my female clients have demonstrated a “lack of love” for their upper body. As women, our lower bodies are typically much easier (and usually more enjoyable) to train. However, that’s about to change! Check out these 7 Upper Body Workouts You Should be Doing. Effective and fun, they are sure to change your mind!

1. Three Moves to Gain Upper Body Strength

If you’re just starting out, it’s best to keep it as simple as possible. This workout will help you build a basic foundation in strength. It’s important to have a solid foundation to build upon in order to transform your body, both safely and effectively.

2. Get Rid of Armpit Fat with these 5 Moves

When I first meet with a client, I ask a series of questions. One of the most important questions that I ask is what body part would you most like to work on. The overwhelming response from my female clients is “my bat wings” or “lunch-lady arms”. This is referring to the excess fat that many women carry on their upper arms and back. While extremely common, it can be a frustrating area for many women. This workout will help you burn fat and firm up those upper body muscles. Bye-bye, bat wings!

Before we know it, Spring will be here! This means bikinis and sundresses all day, every day! Don’t let yourself get caught off guard. Practically every upper body workout uses your shoulders in some way. It’s important to make sure we train them consistently. This workout is perfect because it hits every part of your shoulders in as little as 15 minutes!

Talk about a challenge… this workout is fun and is sure to whip you into shape. This climb and descend workout will definitely test your abilities.
