  • 1 cup baby spinach, loosely packed
  • 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed and lightly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced (optional)
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 10 frozen red grapes
  • 1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened green tea, cold
  • 1/2 cup no-sugar added pomegranate juice


  1. Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

    Can we use a juicer, instead of a blender?

      Tammee, Yes, but you’ll be missing out on a lot of nutrients left behind. I personally always blend instead of juice, but either will work.
