Banana Grape Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach loosely packed
- 1 cup kale leaves stems removed and lightly chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger fresh, minced, optional
- 1 banana frozen and sliced
- 10 red grapes frozen
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt fat-free and plain
- 1 cup green tea cold and unsweetened
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice no-sugar added
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Can we use a juicer, instead of a blender?
Tammee, Yes, but you’ll be missing out on a lot of nutrients left behind. I personally always blend instead of juice, but either will work.
