Berry and Chia Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt plain
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup clean granola we used KIND
- 1/2 cup berries fresh, any kind will work
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and cinnamon, whisk to combine.
- In four small glasses, divide the yogurt mix. Top with a layer of the granola, followed by a layer of the fresh berries.
- If desired, sprinkle a few slivered almonds on top. Serve and enjoy!
