Berry and Chia Yogurt Parfait

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Clean granola, we used KIND
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (any kind will work)


  1. Combine yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and cinnamon, Whisk to combine.
  2. In four small glasses, divide yogurt mix. Top with a layer of the granola, followed by a layer of the fresh berries.
  3. If desired, sprinkle a few slivered almonds on top. Serve and enjoy!
