Is what I’m reading correct: a serving size is 3 1/2 cups? Or is the entire amount prepared 3-1/2 cups? Then a serving would be 6 oz . Thank you

    • Emilia Horn  April 26, 2017

Hi Mary, one serving is 3.5 cups

After reviewing the recipe again and looking at the picture it appears you place the meat on the plate first then top with the lettuce followed by the othere toppings.

We loved it. I added hot chilli powder to the turkey mince as we love hot food. Apart from that we followed the recipe except my husband asked for white tortilla strips to be added to the dish (he does not follow low carb diets) as he runs marathons! We will definitely make again

Is this 3.5 cups of meat and then the topping? Trying to import into MyFitness Pal.

    • Nichole Furlong  April 6, 2019

Hi Reagan, 3.5 cups is for an entire serving which includes all the ingredients. Not just meat.
