- 3/4 cup low-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream, optional Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped dill, about 5 sprigs
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated onion, optional 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and place in the refrigerator at least two hours before serving.
