Equipment Needed: dumbbells (10-20 lbs), interval timer (Gymboss is a free app download), step/chair
What to Do: Perform each exercise for 1 minute with no rest. Rest 1 minute after the first set and repeat. Complete this workout 3 times a week on non-consecutive days.
Beginner’s Level: 10-12 lbs
Intermediate Level: 12-15 lbs
Advanced Level: 15-20 lbs

Additional Tips for Success
