Slim down and find comfort in your favorite pants again with these lower body exercises for lean legs.
Although I focus on bigger legs for power, I understand the appeal of wanting to tone down and build lean legs. It’s not a great feeling when your jeans don’t fit the same anymore—they get caught on your calves, and sometimes you have to leave the button open to get some breathing room. To burn fat, you’ll need to build muscle. For this workout, you’ll need a range of dumbbells as well as a jump rope to get your heart pumping.
