Simple, Tasty Ingredients
Our Maple Coffee Pops recipe uses simple and healthy ingredients to provide delicious seasonal aromas. Check out the amazing benefits of each ingredient of this frozen treat!
Maple Syrup
Along with its unique and delightful flavor, maple syrup contains vitamins and minerals that are great for immune and skin health. It’s also lower on the glycemic index scale, therefore lessening your glycemic response for healthier blood glucose control. Maple syrup is also a vegan sweetener, so anyone can try these pops!
Coffee
Good news! Studies have shown coffee may significantly lengthen lifespan through a reduction in the risk of chronic disease. Not only that, but coffee can even reduce the risk of depression, metabolic disease, and cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease. The caffeine in coffee contributes to a healthier metabolism, which can help with weight maintenance. So have no fears about grabbing that cup o’ Joe for this protective and metabolism-boosting recipe.
Cinnamon
Not only is cinnamon a scrumptiously popular spice used in many autumn and winter recipes, it is also a superfood, known to have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory benefits. Research has even shown that cinnamon can help prevent and treat diabetes through increased insulin resistance. With its high amounts of calcium, iron, and antioxidants, this spice presents a flawless combination of delicious warm flavors with major health benefits.
Coconut Cream
Coconut cream adds a rich and creamy texture to our maple coffee ice pops while adding many nutritional benefits. This ingredient contains a specific type of fat called Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) that contribute to heart health, lowering cholesterol, and weight maintenance. It also gives our popsicle recipe a high-energy boost to make sure this snack will keep you full until your next meal!

I would love to make the Maple Coffee Ice Pops. Is there anything I can substitute for the Coconut Cream?
Thank You
Brenda, You could use dairy cream if a plant based recipe isn’t important to you.
