I am obese I did weigh 301lbs since my lifestyle change(about one month and a half) I am down to 268. Was going to gym three times a week doing 45min on treadmil and like 100 on a row like ab machine and other machines I can only do about 5 mins on the eliptical 🙁 in all about hour and half in gym. recently added zumba instead of a day at gym. What kind of excersices should I be doing? I have a loooong way to go and plenty to tighten and strenthgen!

Congratulations! Zumba is great for weight loss. Any of our interval training exercises, also known as tabata, or doing any cardio will help in weight loss.

What about those of us who are not even close to this fitness level, yet? I've got a huge waistline that has had almost no exercise for 8 years!
