Hi: Can I use ground chicken o beef instead. There is not fresh Turkey this time of the year, only Emus 🙂
Thank you.
Jessa, Definitely!
The calorie count for this appears to be incorrect. Lean ground turkey is only 160 cals for 4 ounces. What am I missing?
Paulette, The nutritional data was just recalculated. 🙂
I added some vegan cheese and some leftover eggplant in the mixture and cooked them on the grill. So delicious 🤤!!!
Oh that sounds delicious! Thanks for sharing! We’re glad you enjoyed them 😀
For those who think they don’t or won’t like Turkey burgers, these are amazing! I’ve made these many times. Occasionally I will splurge and use buns and melt Swiss cheese on top of the turkey patties and add sautéed mushrooms for a mushroom Swiss burger. Thank you for a perfect recipe!
You are so very welcome, Mary!
