Ingredients

  • 12 thick slices unprocessed deli meat we recommend Boar's Head Brand
  • 1 cup vegetables sliced
  • 12 chives optional

Instructions

  • Place the desired amount of vegetables on a piece of deli meat. Roll tightly, and if desired, use a chive to tie the roll together.
  • Pack the rolls in a zip-top plastic bag or airtight container.

Favorite Flavor Combinations:

  • Roast beef with red bell pepper strips, carrot sticks, and cucumber slices with mustard for dipping.
