- 1 cup raspberries fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey I used local honey from the Farmer's Market
- 1/4 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks with juice, use chunks in natural juice without added sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together peaches, raspberries, lime juice, and honey until the fruit is lightly coated with honey.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a blender. Add the orange juice and pineapple juice. Blend until smooth.

Why peel the peaches? It’s all going in the blender to be pureed. Why throw away the nutrition that’s in the peel??
Leaving the peel with not make a smooth purée.
Can the peaches be left out? Or will I need to adjust rest of recipe
Amanada, You can leave the peaches but you’ll need to sub with another melon fruit, maybe mango or cantaloupe?
What can I substitute for pineapple chunks and juice?
I would use mango chunks.
Can pineapple be fresh cut
Yes, fresh pineapple will work.
Many thanks for posting this recipe. I made this by substituting very ripe nectarines for the peaches, which were left unpeeled before being pureed. The fruit mixture passed through a strainer before it was frozen. It was finished-off 24 hours later in a Ninja Creami.
It made a perfect sorbet, as smooth as can be. It was delicious and with no processed sugars. I was delighted, and will be using this recipe many times again.
Great! I’m so happy you enjoyed the Sorbet. 🙂
