- 3 cups red cabbage shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage coarsley chopped
- 2 rome apples organic cored and cut into 1 inch cubes - leave peels on apple
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar or juice from one lemon
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
