Spicy Sriracha Tuna Wraps

This spicy sriracha tuna wraps are light and refreshing. They make the perfect lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 can wild albacore tuna drained
  • 1 celery stalk diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 medium whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 1 roma tomato sliced

Instructions

  • In large bowl, mix the tuna, celery, onion, mayo, greek yogurt, and sriracha.
  • To assemble the wraps: layer with lettuce, tuna and then the tomatoes. Roll tightly, slice in half and enjoy.

Notes

Use all greek yogurt to reduce the fat in this recipe.
