Strong and Sculpted Arms Workout

Unlike your glutes or abs, your biceps and triceps are frequently on display for the whole world to see. Whether you live near the beautiful beaches of California or in a region with all four seasons, short sleeves or sleeveless tops make appearances year round. So why not spend a little extra time on the part of your body you show off the most?

Get rid of that under arm flab! We’re going to trim and tone all of the major muscle groups of your arms. This Strong and Sculpted Arms Workout is going to tone your biceps, triceps, and shoulders, and get you ready to ditch the sleeves! Don’t go for the 5 lb weights unless every 10 repetitions is difficult for you. Be bold and go for the 12-15 lbs. Just remember that the more challenging you make this workout, the more quickly you will see results!

Equipment Needed: A mat to work out on, such as a yoga mat, water for hydration, and a heavy enough set of dumbbells that make 12 repetitions of an exercise difficult, approximately 10-15 lbs depending on your fitness level.
