- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic hummus, or hummus of choice
- 3 slices tomato
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (a pinch sprinkled on)
- Toast multigrain bread (if desired). Spread hummus on top of one slice of bread. Top with tomato slices and layer with spinach. Spinkle on salt. Place the second slice of bread on top. Serve and enjoy!
