A granola recipe that only takes 25 minutes to bake? Yes, please!

crunch granola cereal

I don’t know about you, but I’m sick and tired of granola recipes that require hours and hours of cooking time. They’re not exactly hands-off, either. The last granola recipe I made called for stirring the granola every 15 minutes for two hours! Who has that kind of time? Our Crunch Granola Cereal recipe only takes 25 minutes to make, and it results in crunchy, clump-tastic granola.

Wholesome Ingredients

A healthy and crunchy granola recipe!

We make our Crunch Granola Cereal recipe with clean-eating whole ingredients like almonds, oats, unsweetened coconut flakes, and dried cherries. Instead of using refined white sugar to sweeten things up, we use wholesome honey! If you’re choosey with your oats, this recipe is naturally gluten-free. You could also make it without honey to make plant-based granola, too.

Cereal gets a bad rap, but it doesn’t have to be bad for you. It’s all in the ingredients list, and taking one peek at store-bought cereal can put you in sugar shock! Being able to control the sugar content and the ingredients that go into your body makes it totally worth it to bake homemade granola.

Try this delightfully crunchy breakfast option.

Our Crunch Granola Cereal takes a fraction of the time as other granola recipes because we use a higher temperature oven. Instead of cooking the granola at 250 degrees F, we use a 325-degree oven. You’ll still get a golden brown color on your granola, and it will still clump up, but in a fraction of the time!

Granola makes a great snack or egg-less breakfast.

Give this recipe a try and see if it becomes your new favorite egg-free breakfast! You can serve our Crunch Granola Cereal recipe over Greek yogurt with a handful of fresh fruit, or eat it the traditional way with milk or alternative milk. We also like sprinkling the granola over desserts, and it pairs exceptionally well with poached pears.

  1. What a delicious granola recipe.
I used a combination of almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds. I didn’t have any dried cherries, so I added some orange flavored cranberries.5 stars

  2. Easy Crunch Granola Cereal Recipe is my all time favorite but i prefer to cook it with ghee instead of melted coconut oil. Ghee is a healthy butter substitute and coconut oil replacement. Try ghee cooking, instead of coconut oil, you will surely love it.
I prefer using Milkio grass-fed ghee for all my recipes.5 stars
