You'll love this combination of watermelon and mint.
This is an incredibly refreshing drink for a breezy day or cool night. Our watermelon chiller is made with fresh watermelon juice and mint. It is one of our favorite recipes for summer because it is so light and refreshing. A fresh drinks recipe collection is a great thing to have on hand, especially if you are trying to cut calorie. Fresh juice is much healthier than the juices available on supermarket shelves because it has no added sugar. If you love juice or you want to enjoy more fresh fruits and vegetables without eating only whole fruits and vegetables all day, fresh juices are the perfect option.
Many people enjoy fresh juice when they are launching a weight loss program or participating in a cleanse or detox. Detoxifying the body through dietary changes is somewhat controversial, but most health experts agree that replacing a few meals for a few days with fresh juice is not detrimental. As a matter of fact, many believe it is a great way to boost fiber and reduce food addictions to refined carbohydrates. If you are interested in a detox plan, give our Three Day Cleanse and Detox a try.
Whether you are interested in cleansing or detoxing, or you just love the taste of fresh juice, our watermelon chiller is a great option. Juices are great all year round, but this one is especially delicious during the hot summer months. Both watermelon and mint have a cool flavor that is refreshing. This juice is a great option for dessert or an afternoon treat.
