5 Yoga Moves To Relieve Back Pain

What to Do: Follow the plan below based on your yoga level. Perform this plan at least five times a week–in the morning and at night–to relive existing back pain. To avoid new pains, we recommend performing the plan seven days a week.

What You’ll Need: A yoga mat.

Beginner Workout: Hold each pose for 10 deep breaths with no rest in between the poses. Complete two rounds, resting for one minute in between each round.

Intermediate Workout: Hold each pose for 12 deep breaths with no rest in between poses. Complete two rounds, resting for 30 seconds in between each round.

Advanced Workout: Hold each pose for 15 deep breaths with no rest in between poses. Complete two rounds with no rest minute in between each round.
