4 Minute Lean-Down Workout

This 4 minute lean-down workout will help you beat the bulge in record time. This Tabata style workout will rev up your heart rate, increase your metabolism, and continuing burning fat for up to 24 hours! You will need only your own body weight for this workout.

Equipment Needed: interval timer, yoga mat or soft surface

What to Do: Perform each exercise 20 seconds and rest 10 seconds after each. Complete the routine below twice. Repeat this workout 3-4 times per week on nonconsecutive days for optimal results.

4. Burpees
