The purpose of this calming drink is to help with getting a better night’s sleep.  Add one cup water to a small saucepan, bring to a simmer, remove from heat and add one tea bag.  Allow tea to steep for 5 minutes. In a quite place, sip tea slowly and allow your body to relax without any distractions.
