What can I substitute for the tea? I don't like tea.

Heat some water and pour over fresh ginger root with a squeeze of fresh lemon. Remove ginger after 4 minutes and enjoy!

Would Yogi bedtime tea be okay instead. I have a ton that I need to drink. Also, can you have herbal (decaf) teas at other times during the detox?

Yes, any herbal and decaf teas during the detox as well as lots of water, are fine.

Sharon, Yes you can drink green tea before bed (though some people wouldn't because of the caffeine) and at anytime during the cleanse.

You say it is okay to drink decaf, so decaf coffee as well……because I really miss the coffee.
