Melon Breeze Smoothie
Light and airy with a hint melon is how we best describe this delicious recipe. As with all our recipes, taste & health are equal in deciding which ingredients to choose. We fell in love with this greenie after just one sip!

Ingredients
- 1 cup kale leaves…removed from stem
- 1 cup baby spinach (organic preferably)
- 1 frozen banana (pre-sliced)
- 10-12 small cubes honeydew melon
- ½ cup skim or almond milk**
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt (0% fat, plain)
- 4-5 ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour this treat into a chilled glass. Now close your eyes, sip and experience the breeze!!!
