Everyone wants a fun, efficient, and effective workout, and we’re here to offer you an ideal option! Quick, body toning workouts are excellent for those who are super busy and on the go. This exercise routine has a variety of body toning exercises that hit all the major muscle groups in just ten minutes! Body-shaping workout routines that you can actually accomplish this can be hard to come by, since they’re often time consuming and require a gym. This workout can be done in the comfort of your home or office, and on your schedule.

Equipment Needed: interval timer

What to Do: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, then rest 15 seconds. There are 10 exercises, (45 seconds active workout, 15 seconds rest) making this a 10 minute power workout! Perform this routine 3-4 times weekly for optimal results. Review the videos below for exercise demonstrations.

3. Reverse Crunch
4. Alternating Side Lunges
5. Push Ups
6. Plank
7. Skaters
8. Hip Extensions right side
