Equipment Needed: interval timer
What to Do: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, then rest 15 seconds. There are 10 exercises, (45 seconds active workout, 15 seconds rest) making this a 10 minute power workout! Perform this routine 3-4 times weekly for optimal results. Review the videos below for exercise demonstrations.
