    I am too short nd too fat. I am fed up with it. I used to excersise daily but when i stop, suddenly i started to go bck same .no idea of what to do. How i can i permenenatly loss my weight ppz tell me

      Everyone is different, as you know. I’ve kept 30 pounds off for 10 years. How? Consistently eat a clean, healthy diet, exercise 6 days a week, and drink lots and lots of water. Also, I don’t overeat, ever, and eat only foods without added sugar.
